Cooking 101
This is Kennedy standing on top of her stove. I'm not sure how she managed to get there, or what she is looking at out the window??? But I did see her jump/roll off, laugh hysterically and attempt again!!!
I pretty sure I see ER visits in our future;)

Swim Lessons
Yesterday Kennedy and I started a Mommy and Me swim class. We had so much fun and I can't tell you how proud I was of her. She took to the water like a fish. She quickly learned to blow bubbles, swim underwater, and stand(really she danced....quite the character)independently on an underwater platform in the middle of the pool. She was such a BIG girl! At the end of class the kids get to slide down a slide that drops them off in the pool. Kennedy LOVED this and wouldn't stop signing "more, more" to me and her teacher. We both are really looking forward to next weeks class.
Here are a few cute pics taken over the last couple of weeks!!

Blog Slacker
So let me tell you all about the last few months........
Most of you know by now we are Louisianans!! Early November Mark took a job working on a pipeline that runs from Oklahoma to Louisiana, and will eventually continue on to Georgia and maybe even Florida. So far Louisiana has treated us nicely. The weather is a lot like Houston, the people are extremely friendly, and the food is FABULOUS!!
December was BUSY!!
Kennedy turned ONE, it is crazy how much she has grown in just one year. She is so much fun, and always on the go. She makes us smile nonstop, and has a personality like no other. She loves to dance, laugh, give hugs and kisses, high fives, and one of her new favorite things to do is share popsicles with her daddy. She plays hard, eats a ton, and sleeps only when she can't go anymore!!
Her Birthday party was super fun! Huge thanks to everyone who made it so special!!
